The Visual Arts Centre provides affordable studio spaces for professional visual artists at various stages of their careers. A diverse range of contemporary practices exist under the one roof.

The Website

The purpose of the Visual Arts Centre website was to promote both the Visual Arts Centre and the individual artists and their work. Each artist has their own page on the site, which they manage using a Content Management System. This allows them to upload new artwork imagery and text.

A news area on the home page allows visitors to the site to easily identify new events the centre or the artists are involved in. A random image script displays a random collage of images on the home page.

The Visual Arts Centre website was funded by the Arts Council and Dublin City Council.
